Certified Organic and Fair Trade Ingredients

I chose the following ingredients for their cleansing, nutritive and restorative properties. Oatmeal, Flax seeds, Green Tea, Rhassoul Clay, Chamomile and Lavender flowers, Rose Buds and Horsetail.

chamomile

Chamomile: Relaxing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-parasitic. Can help in reducing irritated skin, protection and rosacea.

flax seeds

Flax Seeds: High in alpha linoleic acid, anti-inflammatory. Helps in reducing deep seated inflammation, irritation and pain.

green tea

Green Tea: Anti-oxidants, contains caffeine. Can help in reducing puffiness.

horsetail

Horsetail: High in silica. Can help in stimulating collagen production, reduce eye puffiness, inflammation and skin breakouts.

lavender

Lavender: Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, relaxing. Can help in reducing skin breakouts and rosacea. Also known to help insomnia, anxiety and migraines.

oatmeal

Oatmeal: Anti-inflammatory, nervine, anti-spasmodic. Soothing to irritated skin.

rhassoul clay

Rhassoul Clay: From the fertile Atlas mountains of Morrocco. Rich in minerals. High in silica, magnesium, iron, potassium and salt. Emollient, soothing and reduces inflammation. Known for its toning, smoothing and enriching benefits to the skin.

rosebuds

Rosebuds: Antiseptic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, relaxing. Can help in reducing inflammation, skin breakouts and rosacea.

 

Directions (for external use only): Use on damp skin. Sprinkle dime-sized amount into palm. Add water to create a loose paste. Apply to face, neck and decollette using gentle circular massage. Can also be used as a body scrub in the shower. Sprinkle onto damp skin, massage and rinse.

For the benefits of a deeper penetration of nutrients, leave on for 10-20 minutes as a mask. Rinse.

For best results use no more than 3 times a week
